Return and Refund Policy
At TangoRidge.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of from when your order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at support@tangoridge.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, documents, etc.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Policy
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This includes any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: 7 days. If after this time frame you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank Processing: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tangoridge.com.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem! Reach out to us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at support@tangoridge.com to get RMA for your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Shipping Returns
- Return Address: To return your product, you must contact support@tangoridge.com and you will be given the return address to the appropriate production facility.
- Shipping Costs (Change of Mind): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Costs (Defective Products): We will cover the cost of the return for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
- Tracking: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
