At Tango Ridge, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your purchases.

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. 

Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are typical delivery times:
  • Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Expect extended times around major holidays. 
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
  • International Shipping: Varies by country if offered. Details available on checkout page. 
  • Order cutoff time: 8:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
  • Order Status: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your TangoRidge.com account and navigating to the “Order History” section.

Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement. This policy is subject to change. Any changes will be reflected on the website as well as checkout page. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: In some cases, we can not ship to PO boxes. Please always provide a valid, physical street address, if available, for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tangoridge.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: TangoRidge.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
