- PO Boxes: In some cases, we can not ship to PO boxes. Please always provide a valid, physical street address, if available, for delivery.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Damages and Issues
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tangoridge.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: TangoRidge.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
